Notice of Fees Prescribed by the Medical Laboratory Science Board
Pursuant to section 130 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance
Act 2003 (“the Act”), the following notice is given by the Medical
Laboratory Science Board. This notice sets out the prescribed fees,
effective from 16 October 2006.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the
Notice of Fees Prescribed by the Medical Laboratory Science Board.
(2) This notice comes into force on 16 October 2006.
2. Tax—These fees are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Waiver of FeesThe Board has waived the Annual Practising Certificate fee for new applicants for registration, if they are applying after the first day of December. This means that new BMLSc graduates and other new applicants do not need to pay the APC fee for the remaining months of the financial year in which they are registered for the first time.
