Change of Address
You are required by law to notify the Registrar within one month of any
change to your address, so that the Register can be kept up to date.
You can change your mailing address by fax, email or write to the Board informing
it of your new address (residential and mailing address). Please include your
registration number and date of birth for identification purposes.

Change of Name
The Board will require legal evidence of your change of name before it can
be changed in the Register. Please send an original or certified copy of your
marriage licence, or other evidence of your change of name.
New Zealand residents: A photocopy is not sufficient until it is endorsed as a
certified true copy by a Justice of the Peace, solicitor or officer of the
Court.
